Returns
You may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you paid via a third-party service (e.g., PayPal), refund processing times may vary depending on their policies.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at sp@petcrafts.store with photos of the product and details of the issue. We will send a replacement product or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
